PARIS – A 23-year-old Oxford Hills Regional High School graduate pleaded not guilty in the Oxford County Superior Court on Friday to the murder of a former employer.

Agostino J. Samson, of Windham, has been charged in the beating and strangulation death of 25-year-old Scott Libby of Raymond in February. Libby, who owned a greenhouse and also worked as an accountant and bartender, was found dead in his vehicle. The vehicle had been parked on the railroad tracks in Bethel and struck by a train in the early morning hours.
