Jennifer Dowling of Hebron, a 2005 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, earned a spot on Cedar Crest College’s spring dean’s list. The academic honor is reserved for students who earn at least a 3.65 grade-point average on a 4-point scale at the Allentown, Pa., college.
