Lawn sale

SUMNER — The Sumner Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary will hold its annual lawn, plant and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 5, at the Sumner Fire Garage on Route 219. Refreshments will be for sale.

Strathglass Park

RUMFORD — The Strathglass Park Owners Association will meet at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at 54 Erchles St. Election of officers will be held and association dues of $15 is requested at this time. Discussion will be held for a Halloween walk and a future yard sale “in the pines.”

Class lunch

MEXICO — The Mexico High School Class of 1953 will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, at the Covered Wagon restaurant.

Church fundraiser

CANTON — A bake sale, bottle drive and car wash will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 5, at the Canton Fire Department, Route 108. Funds will go to the Youth Group of Victory Christian Church in Livermore, “The Refuge.” Anyone wishing to donate bottles or sponsor the youth, but cannot attend, may call Dana at 320-1285.
