WESTMINSTER, Md. — Rhonda Louise Warner, 60, of Finksburg, Md., died June 30, in Carroll Hospital Center.
She was born May 6, 1950, in Mexico, the daughter of the late Roger D. and Sara Pearl MacKinnon Hutchinson. She was the wife of Michael J. Warner, whom she married June 19, 1973.
She taught kindergarten through second grade in Carroll County, teaching kindergarten at Taneytown Elementary from 1989 until 1992, Friendship Valley Elementary from 1992 until 1997, Runnymede Elementary from 1997 until 2003 and at Sandymount Elementary from 2003 until the present. She was a 1971 graduate of the University of Maine-Farmington and started her teaching career in Maine until 1977, when she moved to Maryland
She enjoyed going to the beach, family trips, the Red Hat Society, flower gardening and being with her family and grandchildren. She attended Covenant of Grace Presbyterian Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are children and spouses, Ryan M. and Lisa Warner of Manchester, Md., Sara L. Warner of Union Bridge, Md., Matthew S. and Nikki Warner of New Freedom, Pa., Melissa L. and James Wright of Westminster, Md., and Rachel E. Warner of Finksburg, Md.; siblings, Mark C. Hutchinson of Spokane, Wash., Colleen Hutchinson and Lynne Cooper of Falmouth and Heidi Villacci of Windham; grandchildren, Troy, Grant, Grace, Carter, Macie and Aliza; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, Lorre Hutchinson.
