WORCESTER, Mass. — The following local residents were among 874 students from Worcester Polytechnic Institute named to the university’s dean’s list for academic excellence for the spring 2010 semester.

Neil Pomerleau of Auburn, a freshman majoring in aerospace engineering.

Cory Cormier of Auburn, a sophomore majoring in civil engineering.

Codie Keene of Poland, a sophomore majoring in civil engineering .

Dean’s list is defined by the amount of work completed at the “A” level in courses and projects.
