LEWISTON — FISC Solutions announces the recent promotion of Bonnie Thomas to the position of processing services director.

Thomas joined the company in September 2003 as a customer service representative in the loan servicing department. She also worked positions such as team leader, supervisor and most recently served as item processing and statement services manager. In her role as processing services director, Thomas will be responsible for the oversight of the loan servicing, item processing and statement services departments.

She is a graduate of the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce Leadership Development Institute. She lives in Lewiston with her husband and daughter.
