LEWISTON — FISC Solutions, a third-party service provider located in Lewiston, announces the appointment of Michael Splane to the role of account executive.

Splane joined FISC on Aug. 2, bringing a background in business development and sales. He is a well-known sales professional in the local human resources community and is a member of several professional organizations, including Propel, Portland Regional Chamber, and the Maine State Chamber. In his most recent position, he worked as a business development manager for an outsourcing company for human resources, selling benefits solutions consulting, retirement plans, as well as HRIS services and related products.

Splane will focus on selling both lockbox and invoice printing and mailing services to the Northeast market.

He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Maine and is a Miller Heiman Sales Performance graduate.

He lives in New Gloucester with his wife and daughter.
