Blacksmiths
WILTON — The Western Maine Blacksmith’s Association will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, at the Wilton Historical Society. There will be discussion on our upcoming events and new projects.

UMF craft show
FARMINGTON — The University of Maine at Farmington’s annual Arts and Crafts Show is seeking artists and crafters from across Maine interested in exhibiting their original and creative work at the show. This year’s event will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, in the UMF Olsen Student Center.

Jordan reunion
DIXFIELD — The descendants of William and Pearl Wallingford Jordan met on Sept. 18 at the home of Rita Girardin. A potluck buffet lunch was served.
There were 11 Jordan children; today their are two: Phyllis Jordan Macy Briggs and Joyce Dalton Levasseur, and sisters-in-law Florence Jordan, Charlotte Jordan and Anne Jordan.
Guests came from Jay, Wilton, Livermore, Canton, Farmington and Manchester, N.H. It was voted to have the next reunion at the same place next year.
