AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer a workshop on developing powerful and persuasive brochures.

“Powerful Brochures and Flyers: Influence and Persuasion through Print” will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3. The cost of the workshop is $149 and includes materials.

Participants will learn simple guidelines to create visually stimulating and powerfully written brochures and flyers that will influence and persuade. Participants are invited to bring in samples to be reviewed in class.

The program will be facilitated by Jim Milliken. Milliken holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute and has more than 15 years of training experience in the areas of project management, supervision, teambuilding and communication.
