MECHANIC FALLS — Twin City Council 160 of the United Commercial Travelers of America will meet at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, at Bucknam Oaks.

Variety show

GREENE —Androscoggin Grange in Greene will present its annual Variety Show at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 and at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17. Miss Dixie will perform her “talent” from the Miss Womanless Pageant.
