MEXICO — Women, Work and Community will offer a free, five-week training course titled Career Exploration on Mondays beginning Oct. 25 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The class will be held at the Region 9 Adult Learning Center Rumford/Mexico, 377 River Road in Mexico.

The course is for those who are thinking of making a career change or who are looking to enter the work force. Participants will review skills, interests and experiences and relate them to career options, identify educational and training opportunities, and develop a step-by-step plan to achieve career goals.

The course continues through Nov. 22.
