Coffee house

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield Congregational Church will host a Coffee House from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, with a performance by Jessica Mae and the Iceman, otherwise known as the Black Path Duo. The cost is $5. Homemade refreshments will be on sale.

Mae is a Peru native and Steve (the Iceman) Bailey is a recent resident of Greenwood.

Society meeting

MEXICO — The Mexico Historical Society will meet Tuesday, Oct. 26, at the Cal Lyons meeting room. Potluck will be at 5:30 p.m. followed by a brief business meeting. The program for the evening will be on hobbies and everyone is asked to bring something to show and tell.
