AUGUSTA – In remembrance and honor of Cpl. Andrew L. Hutchins, Governor John E. Baldacci has directed that the United States flag and the State of Maine flag be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Friday, Nov. 19, 2010.

Hutchins, 20, was a Military Policeman serving with the 101st Airborne Division from Fort Campbell, Ky. He was killed Nov. 8 while serving in Afghanistan.

 The funeral service for Hutchins will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 19, at the Augusta Armory, according to a press release issued by Maine Gov. John Baldacci’s office.
