Service of thanksgiving

OXFORD — The Oxford Hills Area Clergy Association will again hold its annual Thanksgiving service involving clergy and choirs from many churches in Norway, Paris, Oxford and other nearby towns.

The service this year will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, at Hosanna Church on School House Road in the Welchville area of Oxford. All members of the public are invited to participate in worship and thanksgiving.

Christian women

SOUTH PARIS —  Christian Women United will hold a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, at the First Congregational Church. Ed Gabrielson, singer and musician, will provide the program.

Thanksgiving dinner

WEST PARIS — The West Paris Baptist Church will again put on a Thanksgiving dinner at the church at noon Thursday, Nov. 25. For more information, call 674-3046.

Wreath sale

NORWAY – A sale of Christmas wreaths will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at the Second Congregational Church, UCC, 205 Main St. The public is invited to purchase brightly decorated evergreen wreaths, by Sue Goulet.
