WEST PARIS — The West Paris Senior Citizens met Nov. 2 at the home of Beryl Oja for a Thanksgiving luncheon and election of officers. Fourteen members attended.

The following officers were elected: president, Betty Jones; vice president, Carol Corriveau; chaplain, Beryl Oja; treasurer, Fred Breame; program director, Patricia Breame; and secretary, Bertha DeHaas.

The next meeting will be held at noon Tuesday, Dec. 7, at the home of Ivan Morey in Locke Mills. It will be the Christmas program and those attending should bring a gift for a man or a woman, costing $3.

The group will not meet in January, February or March. Meetings will resume on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, with an Easter program and luncheon at the Market Square Restaurant in South Paris.
