OTISFIELD — The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church will host a Nutcracker Christmas Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, and after the morning service Sunday, Dec. 12.

The fair gets its name from Polly Durant’s nutcracker collection, which will be on exhibit. Durant has been collecting nutcrackers for many years. The collection boasts dozens of nutcrackers doing everything from fishing to standing still.

As in the past, the fair will offer food, crafts, a white elephant table and Christmas ornaments. Coffee and goodies will be available.

Money raised will be added to the scholarship fund, which awards grants to area students seeking education beyond high school. The church is located on the Rayville Road off Route 121.
