AUBURN — A discussion about Eagles in Maine will be presented at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3, at a meeting of the Stanton Bird Club. The presentation will be by Pam Richardson, game keeper at the Maine Wildlife Park, and will feature Lawrence, a 5-year-old bald eagle.

Richardson has worked at the Maine Wildlife Park for several years and has raised Lawrence since he was a chick in 2005. Lawrence is now in his full adult plumage, and he’s the ambassador for the Maine Wildlife Park.

The Stanton meeting and Richardson’s presentation will take place at the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St. The meeting is open to the public.
