LaChapelle
LEWISTON — The wedding of Crystal Lea Anttila and Kris Steve LaChapelle was held at 11 a.m. on July 4 at the home of the couple in Lewiston. John Jenkins, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. LaChapelle is the daughter of Scott Anttila of Monmouth and Alice Moras of Lewiston. Mr. LaChapelle is the son of Cheryl North of Lewiston and the late Steve LaChapelle.
The bride wore a strapless A-line floor-length gown and carried a bouquet of red roses, white Casablanca lilies and blue iris.
Ashley Gilbert of Turner was the bride’s witness and flower girls were Makennah Pelletier and Courtney LaChapelle, daughters.
Witness for the bridegroom was Jeshua McKay of Litchfield and ring bearer was Gaige LaChapelle, son.
A reception followed at their home. The couple traveled to Boston, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine at the end of July. They are residing in Lewiston.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Lewiston High School and attended Central Maine Community College, obtaining two certificates in medical coding and transcription and an associate degree in medical assisting. She is employed at L.L. Bean as a customer service representative in Lewiston.
The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Lewiston High School and Southern Maine Community College with a degree in fire science. He is employed at Home Energy Techs in Lewiston as a weatherization lead foreman.
