Breastfeeding support

NORWAY — The Family Birthplace at Stephens Memorial Hospital has announced the 2011 schedule for the Breastfeeding Mom’s Support Group.

Beginning Monday, Jan. 24, the group will meet the third Monday of every month from 1 to 2:30 p.m.  in the board room at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

The group is open to the public and free; no registration is necessary. Prenatal women are welcome.

Circle supper

PARIS — The Ladies Circle, First Congregational Church, will sponsor a baked bean supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28. Included will be baked beans, casseroles, salads, hot dogs, brown bread, homemade rolls and homemade pies.

The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children under age 12. Proceeds will be given to Sammy, Nick, and Audrina, who were burned out on Thanksgiving Day.
