Supper, auction

JAY — The Special Olympics kick-off supper and auction will be held Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Amvets Hall.

Dad-daughter dances

FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Children’s Task Force will hold two simultaneous father-daughter dances from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 12. There will be one at the Jay High School cafeteria and another at the Phillips Elementary School.

Advanced tickets can be purchased at the Calico Patch in Farmington, the Flower Barn or the Riverside Kwik Stop in Jay, Edmunds in Phillips, the White Elephant in Strong or Tranten’s Market in Kingfield or Farmington. One ticket covers a father and his daughter(s). Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door.

Music will be provided by DJs Chelsea Hutchinson and Leslie Bull.  There will be prizes. For more information. call 778-6960 or stop by the  offices at 113 Church St., Farmington.
