RUMFORD — The Rumford Senior Citizens will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 23, at the Senior Center. It will be followed by a membership meeting at 11:30 a.m.

Craig Zurhorst will speak about Western Maine Transportation and how it is run, their trips and other things. He will also answer questions. A potluck lunch will follow.

Names are being sought for the election in March and they should be in by Wednesday.

The following trips are open to anyone wishing to go: March 10, Portland shopping trip, $5; March 14, St. Patrick at the Beacon, $55, bus leaves at 3 p.m.; March 24, Hollywood Slots, $25, bus leaves at 8 a.m. and returns at 4 p.m.; April 8, Stars on Ice in Portland, $55, bus leaves at 3 p.m., stops at Cole’s Farm for supper; May 9 to 13, Cape Cod, five-day trip, $75 deposit, cost, $419, bus leaves at 8 a.m. from the senior center.
