AUBURN — A new high-end deli restaurant named “Pastiche” will be described and analyzed by its co-owner at the next Auburn Art Club meeting at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 21, at the United Methodist Church, Park Street.

Gaelene Buckley, co-owner with chef John Pulsifer, will discuss the business side as well as the artistic side of running a new restaurant. Located in Great Falls Plaza, Auburn, Pastiche features homemade soups, sandwiches, candies and desserts along with a selection of wines for patrons who want to eat in or take out food.

Chairman of the meeting is Jane Norris, assisted by Judy Johnson, Virginia Johnson and Barbara Randall, all of Auburn.
