FARMINGTON — As part of “Earth Day Every Day,” old and broken electronics or “e-waste” will be collected for DEP-approved recycling and disposal for free from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, at the Aubuchon Hardware parking lot, Wilton Rd., route 2 and 4.

Old South First Congregation Church’s fundraising committee and Justice and Witness have partnered with eWaste Recycling Solutions of Auburn to provide an opportunity for responsible recycling of televisions, computers, monitors, printers, microwaves, DVD and VCR players, stereos and other electronic devices. The e-waste drop off is open to individuals and families. There is no set fee for this disposal service. Free-will monetary donations will be accepted to support Old South Church’s community service, outreach and youth programs.
