LEWISTON — The second annual L-A Duathlon will be held Sunday, June 26, at Simard-Payne Park.

Museum L-A is accepting registrations for the 2.6-mile run, 14-mile bike and 3-mile run. The duathlon will benefit the next phase of the new museum building program: schematic designs and interpretive planning of exhibits in the Camden Yarns Mill.

Individuals and relay teams are encouraged to register early, as the duathlon will be capped at 500 participants. New this year is a 5K Run, Community Walk and a Kids Obstacle Course.

Registration fees are as follows:

 * Duathlon, individual $50 until May 31, $60 after; two-person and three- person relay teams, $80 until May 31, $90 after.

All current USAT members receive a $10 discount.

* 5K Run, $15 until May 31, $18 after. Maximum of 100 runners.

* Community Walk, $10

* Kids Obstacle Course, free
