LEWISTON — Oxford Networks announces that Dawna Hannan, director of customer satisfaction, regulatory affairs and human resources, recently celebrated her 30th year of employment with the company.

As a member of Oxford Networks’ executive team, Hannan is responsible for regulatory and legislative affairs, human resources and customer satisfaction. She started her telephony career with Contel of Maine in Damariscotta as a repair/answer clerk and has held various management positions with Contel of N.H., GTE New York, and Oxford Networks.

Hannan is a graduate of Lincoln Academy, Newcastle, and attended Franklin Pierce College in Concord, N.H., majoring in business administration with a concentration in marketing.

Hannan serves as president of the Telephone Association of New England and is a member of the board of directors for the Telephone Association of Maine, previously serving as president of the association. Hannan is also the chair of the state of Maine E-911 advisory council. Her community involvement includes Central Maine Medical Center’s Associates Board, Auburn-Lewiston Rotary Club, and past president of the Bethel Rotary Club.

Hannan lives in Greene with her husband, step-daughter and father-in-law.
