AUBURN — Chad Sylvester has recently joined the Fontaine Family — The Real Estate Leader, 336 Center St.,  specializing in the marketing and sale of commercial and investment property. He holds an associate broker license and has been selling real estate since 2003.

Sylvester graduated from the University of Maine at Orono, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance, and has taken numerous commercial and investment courses. He has been a local business owner since 1997, including Praxis Production Studios. He has extensive experience in business, commercial and investment properties.

He is a lifelong resident of Maine and lives in Sabattus with his wife and their children. He enjoys hockey, skiing and hiking.
