FARMINGTON — Franklin Health Farmington Family Practice announces that Dr. Marvin Lee has permanently joined its medical practice.
Since September 2010, Lee was providing health care at the medical practice on an interim basis. Before joining Farmington Family Practice, Lee was a float provider at HealthReach Community Health Centers in Central and Western Maine.
Lee completed his medical degree and a year later his master’s degree in public health and epidemiology at University of California, Los Angeles. He then completed a three-year family practice residency at Scenic General Hospital in Modesto, Calif. Dr. Lee is board-certified in family medicine.
In addition to family medicine, Dr. Lee’s professional interests include health care for the needy and underserved, and international medicine.
Farmington Family Practice offers a full range of family medicine services from routine physicals such as well-baby checks, sports physicals, and adult physicals, to managing complex chronic medical conditions. Other providers in the practice include J. Bertrand Audette, DO; Armand Auger, MD; Kristine Sandon, DO; David Huish, PA-C; and Linda Christensen, PA-C. All insurances and health plans are accepted.
Lee lives in Oakland with his wife, son and daughter. During his free time he enjoys all that Maine has to offer, including fishing, hiking and cross country skiing.
