PORTLAND — The Greater Portland Touch Football League is looking for another entrant and leaguers are sending out feelers into the Lewiston area in the event interest in joining the circuit may exist in the region. The organization consists of teams of ex-high schoolers and collegians who play a schedule from Sept. 7 to Thanksgiving, counting playoffs, it is explained.

Practice fields of Deering’s Lyman Moore School are employed for games though should a Lewiston entry join the group the possibility of home games would be subject to discussion.
