Lewiston police officer Roger Landry picks up personal items that flew out of this Subaru after it rolled over on outer Sabattus Street on Thursday afternoon. According to Marc Theriault, one of the first people on the scene, the female driver got out on her own and told him she had just dropped off her grandchildren and fell asleep driving back into town. The first thing she hit was a new mailbox Theriault had installed the night before. “I thought I was somebody now that I had a mailbox, but look at it now,” he said. “Oh, well, at least she wasn’t hurt too bad. I’m glad about that.”
