SABATTUS — Thomas and Barbara Wiencek of Kingfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Alexandria Wiencek of Sabattus, to Keith Hord of Sabattus, son of Pamela Downing and Myron Hord of Auburn.

Miss Wiencek is a 2009 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in early childhood special education. She is currently employed at Southern Kennebec Child Development Corporation, working as a home visitor.

Mr. Hord is a 2004 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently attending the University of Maine at Augusta for a degree in computer programing.

The wedding is planned for 1 p.m. on May 19 at the home of the parents of the future bride in Kingfield.
