LEWISTON — The New England School of Metal Working will have its mobile welding training center parked next to Kennedy Park Wednesday for potential welders to tour.

The welding training center is part of the Adult Aspirations Fair sponsored by College for ME-Androscoggin and the Lewiston Public Library. The fair is from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the library’s Callahan Hall, and is for adults looking to improve their education and job skills.

Representatives on hand will be from Bernard’s School of Hair, the CareerCenter, Central Maine Community College, Central Maine School of Nursing and Health Professionals, Empire Beauty School, Husson College, Kaplan University, Lewiston Adult Education, Northeast Technical Institute, Southern Maine Community College, Spa Technical Institute, University of Maine at Augusta, University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College, and Maine Women, Work and Community.
