LEWISTON — A page on Facebook announced an event in Portland Friday night in memory of Christiana Fesmire, who has been missing since July 1. A Lewiston man was charged with murder last month in connection with her disappearance. Her body was not recovered.
The event at Racks at 272 St. John St. is called: “Celebration of Life: A Tribute to Christiana Fesmire.”
The website says the event will go 7 p.m.-3 a.m.
Only people 18 and older are invited. Fesmire’s close “DJ friends” are scheduled to volunteer to play music. A dozen DJs are included.
“VJ Adrenochrome is compiling pics, notes, quotes and music, and will be presenting an AMAZING video memory of her that night!” the Web page says.
“This is our way of getting together and remembering an amazing friend that touched all of our lives. I am hoping her family will be there to meet all of us.”
There is a $10 cover charge at the door or a donation.
