AUBURN — Bedard Pharmacy is announcing that staff pharmacist Christina Hodson, Pharm D., has been promoted to pharmacist in charge at Bedard’s new pharmacy, now open at 359 Minot Ave. Hodson has been serving customers at Bedard’s Lewiston location, 61 College St., for more than five years.

Hodson holds a doctor of pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She earned a bachelor of science degree in marine biology from the University of New England, where she served as treasurer of the National Biological Honor Society. After graduating from UNE in 2000, she taught high school biology and physical sciences for three years.

Hodson is a member of the American Pharmaceutical Association and the Maine Pharmacy Association. She resides in Auburn with her husband and their two children.
