MEXICO — River Valley Healthy Community Coalition will host a work site wellness round table on Dec. 8 in the Community Room at the Oxford Federal Credit Union, 225 River Road.

This is a chance to hear the latest wellness ideas, the science behind them and share concerns or challenges work sites may anticipate. It is also a chance for people to ask questions, share any successes and challenges they may be encountering while creating a healthier workplace.

Willow Sherwood, executive director of the Wellness Council of Maine, will be the featured speaker.
