Returning skiers: Boys: Seniors — Ben Bowles, Jesse Williams, Nigel Bowles; Junior — Nick Cote; Sophomore — Evan Mancini. Girls: Seniors — Phoebe Chamberlin, Hannah Fournier; Juniors — Allarie Lever, Hannah Johnston, Sophie Harris.

Key losses: J.J. Jackson, Brian Crane, Jen Rioux, Megan Howes, Lexi Clavet.

Promising newcomers: Boys: Freshman — Tyler Lefean. Girls: Freshman — Becky Breau.

Outlook: The girls are going to have a hard time replicating last year’s second-place finish, but it’s not out of the question. The big question for them is how well the underclassmen fill the roles of the three departed seniors. The boys lost a ton of talent at the top, but there is a newfound depth on the squad this year, and that depth may be the key to improving on last year’s finish at states, which came as a result of a fall or two.
