John DeWitt

LEWISTON — Wallace and Cynthia Veilleux of Greene are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Vanessa Veilleux of Lewiston, to John DeWitt of Lewiston, son of Johnny and Linda Hudson of Turner.

Miss Veilleux attended Leavitt Area High School and graduated from the University of Southern Maine. She is employed by the Department of Labor, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services in Portland. She also works at the Sedgley Place Restaurant in Greene.

Mr. DeWitt attended Leavitt Area High School and is employed at Time Warner Cable in Portland. They also share two children together, Damon and Jade DeWitt.

The wedding will be held on Sept. 29.
