Lissa Schneckenburger, left, known for her lively and uplifting fiddling and gentle, evocative singing, will perform with Boston-based guitarist Bethany Waickman at New Sharon Congregational Church UCC on Saturday, Jan. 21. The two musicians play traditional New England fiddle tunes and folk songs, with some original and contemporary music in the mix.The 7 p.m.concert will kick off the church’s “6 Months of Music” series. Tickets, $10, are available at Douin’s Market in New Sharon and Everyday Music in Farmington. They may also be sold at the door, if supply lasts. The church is at 21 Cape Cod Hill Road.
