LEWISTON — The office of Dr. James Herbert welcomes Dr. Anna Sweet to the dental practice at 22 Strawberry Ave.

Dr. Sweet is a native of Maine, graduating from St. Dominic Regional High School in 2002. She received her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2005 and her doctorate of dental medicine from the University of Connecticut in 2010, where she received the Complete Denture Award. Following graduation, she returned to Maine to complete a one-year residency in general dentistry at the Togus Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Augusta.

She specializes in all aspects of restorative, surgical and preventive dentistry. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Maine Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
