LEWISTON — To better reflect the expanded service area in which SCORE assistance is available, the Lewiston-Auburn SCORE Chapter will now be identified as Central Maine SCORE.

The local chapter is a partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration and has served area small businesses for more than 30 years by providing start-up advice and counseling to new entrepreneurs as well as existing businesses. Its services are at no cost and its members are volunteers who have owned, operated or supervised successful businesses and professional practices.

Officers of the local chapter are Robert Kennelly, chairman; Jack Tetreault, vice chairman; Peter Sassano, treasurer and Ralph Tuttle, secretary.
