Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School has chosen former Poland coach Mark Soehren to become varsity football coach.

Soehren replaces Paul Withee, who resigned last month after school officials received a complaint that he had posted a nude photo of himself on Facebook.

Soehren was an assistant coach to Withee during his one season at Oxford Hills. From 2008-10, he was head coach at Poland Regional High School, where he compiled a 4-23 record while the Knights were still in Class B of the Campbell Conference. Poland now plays in Class C.
