AUBURN — ERA Worden Realty, 473 Center St., announces that Mary Ann Norcross has once again been recognized by the ERA of Maine Broker Council as a Top 25 Agent in the state of Maine.

Norcross received this award at the recent ERA of Maine awards banquet in Augusta.

Norcross has been a licensed real estate agent with ERA Worden Realty since 1984, and has been consistently named as a top producer and an ERA Top 25 Agent and received many honors for her outstanding customer service.

She is an active member in the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors, serving in many capacities, including president in 1990 and 1999. Those same years, she represented the local board as Realtor of the Year. She also belongs to the National and Maine Associations of Realtors and holds a Certified Residential Specialist designation.

She is involved in many local service organizations, including the Lions Club and YWCA. She was instrumental in the AVBOR Snowsuit Drive to benefit the Head Start Program.
