* David D. Dodge II, 37, of Norway, April 10, obstructing the report of a crime, $500 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Jeffrey J. Brough, 31, of Litchfield, April 11, failure to appear for theft by unauthorized taking charge, $500 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Logan-Taylor A. Cyr, 19, of Buckfield, April 11, violation of bail condition and operating without a license, $500 unsecured bond, Maine State Police.
