FARMINGTON — Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty,  602 Wilton Road, announces that Barbara Bean Larson has joined the agency as a licensed real estate sales agent.

Bean Larson, a 2000 Mt. Blue graduate, returns to the Farmington area after five years in hotel management and real estate office management at the Sunday River Ski Resort. Her husband continues to work there as vice president of mountain operations.

She received her bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine with additional studies in architectural design and engineering. Her initial positions out of college included international client management for a well-established telecommunications firm.

Bean Larson continues a long family tradition in real estate and finance begun by her grandfather, who developed the local area now known as the Hannaford’s Shopping Plaza.

She loves spending time in the cabin she built on Clearwater Lake with her family and animals. She also enjoys nearly all outdoor activities, including competing in triathlons.
