FARMINGTON — Coldwell Banker held its annual awards ceremony recently in Portland where Sandy River Realty received numerous awards for its achievements.

Brokers Gary Paling, Pam Smith and Paula Buchanan were recognized for their individual achievements in sales volume. Paling entered into the President’s Circle for his achievements. To receive recognition for the President’s Circle, he had a minimum adjusted gross commission income of $230,000 or sold at least 35 units.

Smith and Buchanan were entered into the Sterling Society. To receive recognition for the Sterling Society, they had a minimum adjusted gross commission income of $120,000 or sold at least 20 units.

Sandy River Realty, founded in 1973, is recognized as the top agency in Franklin County for the highest volume of properties sold.
