* John P. Messier, 41, of Rumford, May 8, violating condition of release, Rumford Police Department.

* Jonathan R. Paine, 26, of Paris, May 8, violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.

* Joshua A. Pike, 22, of Norway, May 8, domestic violence terrorizing and criminal trespass, $100 cash bail, Norway Police Department.
