RUMFORD — Graveside services for Scott C. Billings of West Paris were conducted May 4, at the Abbotts Mills Cemetery with Pastor Harvey Lord officiating. Military honors were provided by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program from Augusta. Arrangements were under the care of the MEADER & SON FUNERAL HOME.
