GRAY — A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for Franklin and Oxford counties until 9 p.m. tonight.

The National Weather Service issued a prediction at 1:20 p.m. cautioning residents about the hazardous weather outlook.

The hazardous outlook extends through Central and Northern New Hampshire as well.

Residents are encouraged to listen to NOAA weather radio or monitor weather.gov for more information about the watch.
