CHINA, Maine (AP) — Maine State Police say they are investigating the suspicious death of a man.

Police say they were called to the home of 38-year-old James Dodge in the town of China about 9 p.m. Friday. They said they took him to the Augusta hospital, where he died.

Police said there were three other people in Dodge’s home at the time they found him. All have been cooperating with police. No one has been charged. Police were still gathering evidence at the scene Saturday.

An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday.
