MIDDLEBURY, Conn. — Deanna Bugel has been accepted at Westover School as a member of the class of 2016.

Westover is a selective boarding school of 200 girls, grades nine-12, near New York City. Westover is known for preparing students for the challenges of the world and the world’s best colleges. Deanna has been awarded the Maine Westover Alumni Association scholarship for her efforts.

She attended Fairview in Auburn and Greene Elementary School and is currently enrolled as a high honors student at Tripp Middle School in Turner. Deanna is the daughter of Patricia Thorsen of Greene and David Bugel of Lewiston and the granddaughter of Eleanor Curtis of Lisbon and Joseph and Genice Bugel of Auburn.
