The Oxford Concerts in the Park summer series will feature the Chicks With Sticks steel drum band on Tuesday, July 24. The band will play the popular island music of Jimmy Buffet and Bob Marley, along with traditional calypso and some original arrangements for steel drums. The concert, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., will be at War Memorial Park next to the Oxford Legion post on King Street, Route 121. Rain site: the Oxford Ice Rink. Food and beverages will be available. Admission is free.
